Here you’ll find the frequently asked questions regarding the Fitnesspark App.
App Login
You need the Migros Login to access the app, to book classes and to access the member area. If you have already connected to the WLAN in our studio or e.g. in a Migros branch, you already have these access data (connecting to the WLAN works via the same Migros login). You can find instructions on how to create a Migros login here.
Click on the circle with your initials / profile picture at the top left. Click on “My profile”.
If you have used an email address with a current Fitnesspark contract to log in, the end of the contract and your home location will be displayed here.

If you have used an email address without a current Fitnesspark contract to log in, no end of contract will be displayed and the Home Location field will be empty. In this case, please check the email address used. If you do not know the correct email address, please contact our Fitnesspark team on site.
As a Swiss Fit member, you can book cross-format classes in the Fitnesspark app. This means that if your home studio is Fitnesspark Zurich Puls5, you can conveniently book your favorite class in the same app, for example at ACTIV FITNESS Zurich Forum. The manual switch to the respective app becomes obsolete and you have the class overview for both formats in the same app.
No, the Fitnesspark app is only available to Fitnesspark members. Classes at Bernaqua can be booked on the website www.bernaqua.ch or in the Bernaqua App.
Class booking in the app
Here you will find instructions on the class booking functions in the app.
For the selected class you will see on the left below the course title the note “Open for Booking” in blue; on the right in green is the number of available places. If the class is fully booked, both notices are grayed out and the “Book Now” button is no longer visible.


You can solve the problem by checking the following points:
– The class is fully booked: If the class is full, you will see “0 spots left” at the top right of the bar and “Fully booked” in grey below the class name. Please choose another class.
– Double booking: The button does not appear if you are enrolled in another class at the same time.
– Correct membership: The Fitnesspark app only works for members with a Fitnesspark home gym. If you have your subscription at an ACTIV FITNESS studio, you must switch to the ACTIV FITNESS app.
– Missing EGYM account: The link to our training partner EGYM still needs to be activated. In the app, click on the circle with your initials / profile picture at the top left, then check under “My profile” whether your EGYM account is linked to the app.

You can solve the problem by checking the following points:
– Correct login details: Make sure you are logged in with your Migros login. In addition, the Migros login used must be linked to the correct email address. You must use the same email address that you entered when you took out the subscription.
– Correct membership: The Fitnesspark app only works for members with a Fitnesspark home gym. Once you have your subscription at the ACTIV FITNESS studio, you need to switch to the ACTIV FITNESS app. As a Swiss Fit member, cross-format class bookings are possible in the Fitnesspark app. For example, if your home location is Fitnesspark Zurich Puls5, you can use the same app to book your classes at ACTIV FITNESS Zurich Forum.
EGYM account and linking
The Fitnesspark app was developed in collaboration with EGYM. To use all of the features of the app, you need an EGYM account. This way your training data is automatically synchronised, you can track your training and our trainers can create training plans for you. The use of functions in the “analysis” tab also require an EGYM account.
When you activated your subscription, an EGYM account was automatically created for you via an interface so that you can benefit from all the app’s features right from the start.
In order for you to track your workouts and for your profile to allow our trainers to create workout plans for you, you need an EGYM account. The use of the functions in the “analysis” tab also require an EGYM account.
Click on the circle with your initials / profile picture at the top left. Click on “My profile” and select ‘Connect to EGYM’ (image 1). When you signed the contract, you automatically received an EGYM account. Underneath, select “Do you already have an EGYM account” (image 2). Enter your login details and click on the “Connect to EGYM” button (image 3).



Click on the circle with your initials in the upper left corner / of your profile picture. Click on “My profile”. Scroll all the way down. If your profile is correctly linked, it will say “Unlink Account”.

Training plans in the app

Yes, you can get training plans at both Fitnesspark and ACTIV FITNESS.
Please contact our trainers in the studio. We will be happy to create a training plan for you on site in the Fitnesspark app.
fitnesspark@home
fitnesspark@home is the online fitness platform that is accessible to Fitnesspark members free of charge. On the site you will find ad-free video courses with over 20 different sports, which are updated monthly.
Under “Classes” you will find the @HOME bar below the class overview.

Because fitnesspark@home leads to an external site, you must agree to the cookies. In the smartphone devices under “Settings”, select “Allow tracking” for the Fitnesspark app. If the selection for the app is not visible, you must allow tracking in the global settings of your smartphone, then switch back to the Fitnesspark app and select the fitnesspark@home button.
Settings and functions
The language of the app is determined by the language settings of your device.
Go to the “Shop” tab. Click on “To the Fitnesspark member area”.
