Let go and trust: yoga in a sling is winning the hearts of yogis. We use a trapeze-shaped cloth to perform numerous exercises – whether on the floor, seated or suspended in the air. Not only will you let your mind wander, but you will also ease tension in your back and relieve cramps in your neck. This training strengthens the muscles of the entire body and creates a unique balance between letting go and the feeling of being carried. An extraordinary yoga experience. Please wear socks and a T-shirt for this course.
