Joining an RPM class means you’re signing up for a class where you can expect to work up a maximum sweat and burn countless calories. RPM or “revolution per minute” consists of maintaining a high cadence of 100 revolutions per minute throughout the course. You work against the clock and take turns overcoming simulated efforts over mountains, hills and plains. During the workout, you will be accompanied by rousing and motivating music and driven to peak performance by the trainer, who will set the pace for you.

The running training class is primarily aimed at people who already run and are able to run for around 60 minutes at a time. This class is all about pushing your running ability to the limit. Levels 1 and 2 involve slower endurance runs and special exercises, while levels 3 and 4 consist of fast runs, intervals, mountain tours, speed exercises and agility games. This class not only boosts your stamina, but also your assertiveness and willpower, because you really have to bite through.

You dance to current hits with very simple choreographies and step sequences that alternate with intensive phases and recovery phases.
