For over a decade, Pilates Studio Allmend has stood for quality, expertise and the authentic teaching of the classical Pilates method. Joseph Pilates developed his method 100 years ago as a holistic concept, which we continue to pass on faithfully. In line with his ideas, we systematically integrate all classic Pilates equipment such as the Cadillac, Chair, Barrel and Reformer into our training to provide a comprehensive and sustainable training experience.

Integrated into the Allmend fitness park

The Pilates studio is integrated into the infrastructure of the Allmend fitness park and offers you numerous additional benefits: spacious changing rooms, a modern wellness area with sauna and steam bath, an extensive range of fitness facilities, an underground car park for convenient parking, wheelchair access and long opening hours seven days a week.

At Pilates Studio Allmend, we place great importance on personalised and professional support. From the initial consultation to your regular training sessions, we provide you with expert, personalised support. Thanks to our many years of experience and comprehensive qualifications, we are able to offer the right training for everyone – from beginners to advanced practitioners, from rehabilitation to competitive sports. Together, we discuss your health, define your goals and develop a structured Pilates programme to help you progress step by step.

Individual lessons and small groups

Your Pilates journey always begins with our starter package. In two individual lessons on your preferred dates, you can get to know us and the classic Pilates method. We will conduct an initial consultation, instruct you on how to use our Pilates equipment and find your individual exercise positions. We can also create a programme for you to do at home. Together, we will find out which small group is right for you or whether further individual training is the best solution.

  • Personal training: In one-to-one sessions, you will work closely with your trainer to address your individual needs and goals. You are free to choose your appointment times. Personal training sessions can be booked individually or as a package of 10 sessions. We recommend incorporating a regular appointment into your weekly schedule.
  • Small group training: We train a maximum of four people in a fixed group on a regular basis. This semi-private training allows for individual attention, enabling us to respond to the needs of all participants while still creating a group dynamic. This personal atmosphere allows for intensive support and motivates participants to stick with it in the long term.

Our quality is based on classic basic training at Peak Pilates, supplemented by regular further training. We are Qualitop-certified, which means that your Pilates training is covered by health insurance. Training is carried out exclusively on high-quality Peak Pilates equipment – not only on the Reformer, but also on other classic equipment such as the Chair, Tower and Barrel. With a large team and over 80 training options per week, we can always find a suitable option for you.
