Pilates studio – for a strong core

Unique in Central Switzerland – the Pilates studio at Fitnesspark Allmend with four Pilates Reformers, small group courses and personal training. As a holistic body workout, Pilates primarily targets the deep-lying muscle groups, which play a key role in ensuring correct and healthy body posture. Pilates focuses on the body’s core, strengthening the core muscles and stabilising the spine. Whole-body exercises aimed at achieving an ideal balance of strength and movement improve physical awareness and optimise your body posture. Pilates is also an ideal form of antenatal or postnatal exercise.

Starter package

Two private lessons under professional guidance, incorporating classic Pilates apparatus. We’ll work together to establish your personal needs and, if you wish, prepare you for starting small group training.

Reformer small group

Systematic training on the apparatus at the heart of the Pilates studio – the Reformer. This versatile workout apparatus enables you to perform over five hundred different exercises with calm, gentle movements. Through a combination of regular exercise, mindfulness and motivation, you can reach your personal targets in a small group of no more than four people.

Chair/Mat small group

Training in a small group of no more than five people, with Chair and Mat, based on a systematic approach to achieving a strong powerhouse. You can also continue doing the Mat exercises at home.

Personal training

You work towards your targets in one-to-one lessons, based on your individual needs. Expertly guided by our top female trainer, you use all the classic Pilates apparatus – always at just the right time. You can book a personal trainer for single lessons or blocks of 10 lessons.
