Aqua fitness – whole-body training that is easy on the joints
Aqua fitness is a specially developed form of whole-body training that is done in the water. This stimulating type of exercise improves strength, stamina, mobility and coordination, and uses the positive forces of the water – like buoyancy, resistance and pressure – to the full. The training, which is easy on the joints, is suitable for beginners, seniors and fitness pros alike. Depending on the Fitnesspark, the water temperature varies from below 30ºC in the sports pools to over 30ºC in the relaxation pools.
