Functional training is a highly effective whole-body workout which also includes the body’s often neglected core. Core strength improves stability and body tone and helps prevent injuries.

How does functional training work?
You can join one of our functional training groups (TRX, boot camp), work out under the instruction of a personal trainer or just train on your own. At the Eichstätte Fitness Park, you will find ideal training zones and special areas where you can work out freely.
