Subscriptions/annual passes vary depending on the region and fitness park. The Migros FitnessCard offers a first-class combined annual pass/subscription, covering the whole of Switzerland. Please send applications for jobs at fitness parks directly to the fitness park concerned or to a fitness park in your preferred region. Depending on the region and the fitness park, there may be special offers at specific times (of year). In general, the fitness parks only offer a summer pass as a taster subscription. However, each fitness park and region will also differ in duration, price and activities included, so they are not valid throughout Switzerland. Information about these offers can be found on the respective pages of the individual fitness parks.
Where there is a valid reason (illness, pregnancy, accident, period abroad on business and military service), membership may be paused for a minimum period of 1 month (time-out), but there is no obligation to allow this. Please note: holidays do not count as a valid reason. Please submit your time-out request before the absence, together with a corresponding confirmation/certificate, along with your membership card and wristband. A retrospective time-out is only possible in the case of illness/accident. Please contact your fitness park for more information and also check the General Terms & Conditions in your contract.
There are no discounts for the Migros FitnessCard (www.migros-fitness.ch) or any other products that are redeemable throughout Switzerland. However, local or regional annual passes/subscriptions and other offers may sometimes be discounted. Company deals are for the respective cooperatives and/or individual fitness parks to decide and must be negotiated directly with them. We believe in general that it should be down to the respective company’s health management scheme to bear the cost of any discounts for their employees. In general, Migros fitness parks give excellent value for money, so we offer a very limited number of discounts. The Migros Fitness group offers the largest network of wellness and fitness facilities throughout Switzerland. As a general subscription, the Migros FitnessCard is therefore not discounted (www.migros-fitness.ch).
This depends on the type of voucher. There are monetary vouchers with specific values which are generally valid for 3 years. As a gesture of goodwill, the voucher will usually still be accepted in the year following the expiry date. There are also single admission vouchers with a significantly shorter validity. Please present the voucher directly at the Fitnesspark and ask whether it will be accepted.
As there are various types of vouchers, we recommend that you check directly with the Fitnesspark that issued the voucher. You will find the telephone number or direct email address on our website at www.fitnesspark.ch and on the individual page for the Fitnesspark.
Vouchers can be ordered on the internet from the Fitnessparks’ online shops. Go to the page for the desired Fitnesspark in your region and then to their online shop.
Vouchers can only be ordered online against payment on a credit card, or paid for and obtained directly on site.
A monetary voucher to the value of your choice can be redeemed anywhere. If the voucher is for park-specific activity (e.g. hamam or massage), then the voucher can only be redeemed at that Fitnesspark.
If you have monetary vouchers "Migros Fitness" (issued with a specific value), you can also use these to pay for other items (e.g. for your annual pass). Product vouchers that are designated for a particular service (massage, 10-session subscription etc.) can only be used for that purpose. Gift cards or Reka cheques are not accepted as a means of payment.
If you have an Activ Fitness Card, you can only train at Activ Fitness studios. However, you can upgrade your card to a Migros FitnessCard at your fitness centre which will enable you to use all the facilities in the Migros Fitness network. You can find further details at migros-fitness.ch.
The Migros FitnessCard is an annual pass. With the fitness parks offering such a varied, comprehensive range of activities, and with support from health insurance providers, we believe a six-month pass is not the right approach.
The Migros FitnessCard is available from the fitness parks’ online shops, or on site at any fitness facility that is part of the Migros network. It makes sense to buy your Migros FitnessCard at the location where you will train the most (your ‘home centre’) - migros-fitness.ch
There are regional network subscriptions, such as the Basilea Card and the Thun Network.
However, only the Migros FitnessCard is valid throughout Switzerland, at participating Migros Fitness facilities.
The Migros FitnessCard is a personal subscription. In accordance with the GT&Cs of the respective centre, subscriptions are not transferable. However, you can approach your home centre at any time if your circumstances change and you wish to transfer your subscription. The centre will make an independent decision, on a case-by-case basis.

You can upgrade your subscription at your home centre at any point. You will then pay the additional costs pro rata; an administration fee may apply as well.
